Mercurio Dream Party in Milan

Zafferano di Fontanarosa di Mauro Gambini de Vera d’Aragona accepted the invitation of  the Association Mercurio in Milan to sponsor the event Mercurio Dream Party, organized by the Association in order to promote, along with  artists, scientists, musicians, sportsmen and actors active in Italy, the campaign “Make the difference. Create your future!”, which has a philanthropic purpose to evaluate the talents and the diverse aptitudes of the young people, for the development of their critical spirit  and a liberal and without prejudice vision of the world.

A lot of very important people participated in the event, which was held in the wonderful venue of  Milano Studi, at 20  Felice Venosta Street, on Monday 3rd Octobre 2016. A light dinner was offered, as well as a lottery and a dj set. These very important people  came from the world of Art, Sport, Medicine, Spettacle and  Cultura,  among which were Gentuccia Bini, Valentina Carnelutti, Saturnino Celani, Franca Fossati Bellani, Giovanni Bignami, Giulio Iacchetti, Michele lupi, Gianvito martino, Gianandrea Noseda, Lorenzo Palmeri, Matteo Ragni, Carlo Alberto Redi, Giovanni Soldini, Marina Spadafora and others.

During the Event there was also a lottery in which  Zafferano di Fontanarosa, along with other national and international sponsors, participated offering a luxurious  confection “cofanetto” containing this precious spice.

Everything in the organisation was in pink! The organisers as well as members of the association Mercurio, were the wonderful and beautiful ladies: Matilde Battistini, Orietta Ferrero, Caroline Tavenas, Maria Stella Wirz whereas responsile for promoting the event were: Giulietta Bracci Torsi, Francesca Candeli, Marta Candiani, Maria Vittoria Capitanucci, Fabrizia Caracciolo di Castagneto, Giacomo Carissimi, Barbara Cibrario, Armando and Cristiana Dabbene, Ilaria Dupré, Gioia Gianoli del Bono, Francesca Giudice, Chiara Leonetti Belgiojoso, Chiara Malcovati, Georgia Masera, Simona Oreglia, Alessia Pandozy, Marina Piacitelli, Chiara Ponzini, Lucie Rocca, Ludovica Salina, Chiara Traversi, Tommaso Wirz, Federica Zagari.

The Association Mercurio is  a no profit organization, which promotes educational  and innovative projects concerning art and  science in the Italian schools with the aim to evaluate the talents and the diverse aptitudes and competences of the young students and make them protagonists of the choices which orientate their course of studies and training. Mercurio collaborates with important artists , designers, stylists, creative authors, photographers, scientists, doctors, sportsmen as well as   important institutions in support of the social and cultural integration  and the diffusion of art and culture in Italy. Mercurio has worked in collaboration with the Municipality of Milan (the Department of Education and the Department of Culture), the National Museum of Science and Technology  Leonardo da Vinci, the Civic Aquarium in Milan, the School of Dance of the Teatre Accademy  alla Scala, the hospital San Raffaele. Mercurio has brought projects in more than one hundred schools in Milan, Torino and Bergamo as well as in  principal cultural and scientific Italian festivals (Festival della Mente, Bergamo Science,  Science Festival of Naples).

Since 2012 is activated with  Pinksie The Whale Celebrating Difference, addressed to elementary schools, celebrates the values of diversity and brings them to schools as educational experience. Every year Pinksie The Whale Celebrating Difference collaborates with schools , artists, museums and institutions and organizes creative laboratories , exhibitions, public readings, auctions and beneficial in order to raise funds in support and in favour of children in difficulty and trouble.
